Make Cool DIY Bokeh Filters out of Paper
Some really nice looking photo effects don’t even require Photoshop or other retouching skills – only some ordinary craft tools. The Friendly Fox shows how you can easily make cool bokeh filters yourself, and leave your friends wondering how you managed to take such pictures!
Sure, you can buy bokeh filters online, but making them yourself will only make it more fun!
All you’ll need is a camera with a large aperture lens, a pair of scissors, tape and a sheet of cardstock or other thick paper. After you cut out a circle the size of your lens, cut out a desirable shape in the middle and tape this to your lens.
To take a picture, set your camera to it’s lowest aperture value, have the lights out of focus, and you’ll have some beautiful photos with little figures dancing over a blurred background!
